Certification:   NASDS Advanced Open Water 1972, Monterey, CA. and more recently PADI Advanced Open Water.

I have been a SAR Diver for the Cedar Valley Underwater Rescue Unit since 1979.

I like all bodies of water but I find it hard to beat the kelp beds off Catalina Island and Monterey. Especially the otters and seals in Monterey.
