The only picture I have from our trip to the Cascades in '74 is this one from the 3rd Edition of Freedom of the Hills plate XII. We practiced our self-rescues from the crevasse on Colonial Glacier at the bottom center and had excellent "blue ice" to the left of that. The terminus of Neve glacier had turned into a large ice-fall with impressive displays of falling ice blocks.
