Cold Water Cave
The state drilled a 96' shaft into the main passage. A cabin sits atop this
entrance and provides shelter and sleeping space for the cavers.
There's well over 15 miles of mapped passage. This is the main passage
downstream from the entrance shaft.
An impressive flow-stone named "Big Bertha".
A "pot" full of iron-eating bacteria...mmmmmm...tomato soup!
