In 1978, Bruce Worden and I made several trips to Vortex Blue Water Springs, FL to dive the cave. Bruce wrote an article which along with my pictures were published in the Army Times that year.

The entrance lies 40' below the bubbles off the end of this pier.

Many large fish and eels inhabit the cave.
